Curating A Home Pharmacy with Bridgette Shea
You will learn how to build a home pharmacy with supplements, herbs, and other products that you can turn to if you get sick. This cold and flu season kicked in in AUGUST and is STILL in full swing. It's our new normal to have stuff going around all the time. Nature is in the process of balancing and that disrupts our internal flow. Learn about that and how to manage it better. In doing so you will know what to take, what not to take, but better yet, why you are likely to get sick and how to prevent those factors.

Sound Bath with Amy Nolte
After a sound medicine session, you may experience the following:
Improved sleep and/or ability to relax
Marked improvement in the ability to focus
Ability to release stuck emotions and feelings
Clarity on a matter you’ve been struggling with
A deeper spiritual connection to the source of your own understanding
Noticeable boost of mood or energy
Reduction in anxiety, stress or anger
A calming of the body, mind and spirit
A True Restorative Workshop with Jenn Gerber & Katie Veltum
Jenn and Katie will use yoga props, bolsters and compassionate touch to ease your body into a slow, restful series of poses chosen specifically because they facilitate somatic awareness. They will support you to practice receiving rather than doing. Why is this so important? Because when we receive we activate our parasympathetic nervous system. This “rest and digest” state is where all the magic happens in our bodies. It is the state we are designed to spend most of our lives in; it is creative, healing and peaceful. Afterwards you may feel like you’ve had the best, most nourishing nap of your life, or like you just had a two-hour massage. Please wear comfortable clothes you can be moved in and minimal jewelry.

Vinyasa Yoga with Jenn Gerber
Vinyasa yoga is often described as a union of breath and movement that creates a progressive flow. In this class moving with your breath does not always equate to moving rapidly. This class will provide you with the opportunity to explore breath as you move through yoga asanas (postures) at a slower rate. Connecting breath to movement with intention and alignment awareness. This slower flow will allow you to dive deeper into breath and body sensation while helping to calm your nervous system. Jenn will guide you safely through the class flow that will help you to build strength and flexibility as you move mindfully and with attention.
At the end of this class you will leave feeling strong, balanced, grounded and blissfully relaxed.
