The secret sauce in Radiant Healing is a combination of intention, grounding, listening, trust, and open presence. Once these principles are cultivated, one can successfully practice energy healing on themselves, their loved ones, clients, pets, patients, and plants. It can be performed in person and also at a distance. You can send energy to events in the past or to influence a future event. You can even use energy healing as a manifestation practice.
