Acupuncture and Dream Incubation Workshop FRIDAY June 20th
When you have acupuncture it creates a hypnogogic state: the space between awake and asleep. Sometimes people can even fall asleep. In this workshop, we combine acupuncture, with points chosen to encourage this state, with the ancient healing practice of dream incubation.
Dream incubation is when we release into a state where we can have a waking dream or a sleeping dream. It helps us to access the symbolic language of the subconscious mind through a dream state in order to gain knowledge of ourselves and to heal our lives.
In this workshop, you will engage in actively addressing a concern you have. Through receiving more information on dream incubation, discussion, journaling, guided imagery and sound, you will set a clear intention for what it is you wish to receive guidance on or to heal.
Bridgette will administer acupuncture, energy medicine, and tuning fork therapies. Afterwards we will have some optional discussion and close the session together.
