In this comprehensive course you’ll learn and be equipped with the tools to channel universal life force energy. The process itself will be restorative and balancing to your mind, body, and spirit. Reiki is harmless, calming, and can be learned and practiced by anyone. It is a beautiful complement to any therapeutic or meditative process. Since anyone can learn and practice it, there is no limit to the creative ways it can be used professionally and personally.
Regardless of experience, everyone is welcome to join this transformative workshop. In it you will have plenty of practice so you develop the confidence to practice Reiki outside the class. It is taught in the Usui/Tibetan Lineage and you’ll be attuned to the Reiki I and II energies or levels. You will receive a Reiki I & II certificate at the end of the course.
Reiki I & II Certificate Training offers an introduction to one of the many ways of working with life force energy known as channeling, as well as introductory techniques in quantum energy work such as remote healing. This weekend intensive is one of the modules required for the more thorough training in Ageless Energy Medicine.
Ageless holds monthly practice sessions and anyone trained and wishing to hold extra sessions is welcome to, please arrange this with the instructor.
Some people may choose to prepare a little extra for the class and the attunements by observing the following guidelines for three days or more before the training begins. One may choose to:
Avoid animal products, alcohol, cigarettes, vapes, refined foods, and cannabis use.
Reduce screen time and sugar consumption.
Increase time outdoors.
Start a contemplation or meditation practice.
Begin a healthy lifestyle habit you’ve been thinking of implementing.
